Estate planning

Arranging a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney without the guidance and advice of a professional can be both overwhelming and complicated for clients. With permission from the introducer, we are able recommend our experienced estate planners.

The referral process

Referral established

During our equity release referral service, we will ask you if you have arrangements in place to organise your clients' estate. If you have, we will never cross-sell our estate planning services to your client.

However, if you are happy for us to offer this service to your clients, a member of our dedicated estate planning team will contact you and inform you that we have received your estate planning referral.

Client contact made

We will then contact your client and confirm their interest in arranging their estate planning documents.

Appointment booking

An appointment with one of our expert estate planning advisers and your client will be arranged.

Case progressed

Further appointments are booked to ensure the case progresses in line with the clients' wishes.

Case issued

The estate planning documents are written up and signed by the client.

Case completed and commission paid

The estate planning case is then completed and the commission paid to you upon completion.
